Terms and Conditions

  

1. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been approved. Invoices not paid within agreed terms may be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum allowed by law.

2. Service Call Fee
A service call fee applies to all dispatched jobs. This fee covers scheduling, dispatch, and the commitment of a service unit, and is charged regardless of repair approval.

3. Labor Rates (Includes Travel & Parts Procurement Time)
Labor is billed at the current hourly rate with a 2-hour minimum charge per service call. All time is billable from dispatch to job completion, including travel time, diagnostics, repair, parts sourcing and pickup, and job-related administrative time.

4. After-Hours Service
Work performed outside normal business hours, weekends, or holidays is billed at an increased labor rate with a 3-hour minimum charge.

5. Parts & Materials
Parts are billed in addition to labor. AC Mobile Fleet Service is not responsible for manufacturer defects or delays in parts availability. Electrical parts and special-order items are non-returnable.

6. Customer-Supplied Parts
No warranty is provided on customer-supplied parts. Any labor associated with installation, diagnosis, or failure of such parts is billable.

7. Warranty
Labor is warranted for 90 days from the date of service. Warranty applies only to the specific repair performed and does not cover failures due to misuse, neglect, pre-existing conditions, or unrelated component issues.

Warranty coverage applies only when it is determined that the failure is a direct result of the workmanship of the original repair.

If AC Mobile Fleet Service does not perform the warranty repair, documentation must be provided verifying that the failure was caused by the original repair workmanship. Upon verification, labor charges only (excluding parts)related to the original repair will be refunded within 30 days of approved warranty submission.

8. Diagnostics
Diagnostic time is billable regardless of whether repairs are approved or completed.

9. Authorization to Perform Work
By requesting service, the customer authorizes AC Mobile Fleet Service to perform work and agrees to these terms. Additional repairs outside the original scope will be approved when possible prior to proceeding.

10. Liability & Downtime
AC Mobile Fleet Service is not responsible for loss of revenue, downtime, towing, delays, or consequential damages. Liability is limited strictly to the cost of the service provided.

11. Safety Conditions
Service may be refused or stopped if working conditions are unsafe or hazardous. A service charge may still apply.

12. Environmental Fees
Disposal and environmental fees may apply for fluids, filters, and hazardous materials in compliance with regulations.

13. Collections
Customer agrees to pay all collection costs, including attorney fees, court costs, and collection agency fees, if the account becomes delinquent.
