Warranty Policy

Diesel Engine Repair

  

 AC Mobile Fleet Service LLC Warranty Policy 


AC Mobile Fleet Service LLC (“Company”) warrants that labor performed shall be free from defects in workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of service (“Warranty Period”). This warranty is limited solely to the specific repair(s) identified on the original service invoice. This warranty applies only where a failure is determined, at the sole discretion of the Company, to be the direct result of defective workmanship associated with the original repair. Under no circumstances shall this warranty extend to any condition, failure, or damage not directly caused by such workmanship. 


Exclusions 

This warranty does not apply to, and expressly excludes, any failure or damage resulting from: misuse, abuse, neglect, improper operation, lack of maintenance, pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or failure of unrelated components or systems. Parts are not covered under this warranty unless otherwise expressly stated in writing. 


Warranty Claim Procedure 

The customer must notify the Company of any alleged defect within the Warranty Period and provide reasonable opportunity for inspection and verification. The Company reserves the right to inspect the unit prior to authorizing any warranty repair. If the Company performs the warranty repair and the claim is approved, labor associated with the covered repair will be provided at no charge. If the Company does not perform the warranty repair, the customer must submit documentation, including but not limited to repair invoices, descriptions of failure, and supporting evidence demonstrating that the failure was caused by the original workmanship. All claims are subject to review and approval by the Company. Upon approval, reimbursement shall be limited strictly to reasonable labor charges directly related to the original repair. Parts, additional damages, downtime, or consequential expenses shall not be reimbursed. Approved claims will be processed within thirty (30) days of receipt of complete documentation. 


Limitations of Liability 

This warranty is non-transferable and constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy for any claim arising from services provided. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, or downtime. The Company reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet the terms outlined herein or lacks sufficient documentation. 


By accepting service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this warranty policy.
